Blooming Bellies provides doula and birth support services in South Florida. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
What we collect
When you fill out a form on our website or through one of our ads, we collect your name, phone number, email address, estimated due date, and whether you have Medicaid or private insurance.
When you visit our website, we automatically collect basic technical information such as your IP address, device type, and the pages you visit.
We do not collect Social Security numbers, medical records, or insurance member numbers.
How we use it
We use your information to check whether your plan may cover doula services, to contact you about your inquiry, to provide services if you become a client, and to measure how our advertising performs.
Who we share it with
Our billing partner, who verifies your insurance coverage. Any medical or insurance details you provide on their application are collected and handled by them.
Service providers who help us operate our website and manage our records. They may only use your information to provide services to us.
Advertising platforms, including Facebook and Instagram, so we can measure whether our ads led to your inquiry. When we do this, your email and phone number are converted into a scrambled format first and cannot be read as your actual contact information.
We may also share information if required by law.
We do not sell your personal information.
Calls, texts, and emails
When you submit a form, you agree that we may contact you by phone, text, and email about doula services and insurance coverage.
Consent is not required to receive our services. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies.
To stop texts, reply STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP. To stop emails, use the unsubscribe link. To stop calls, just let us know.
Your choices
You can ask us to tell you what information we have, correct it, delete it, or stop contacting you. Call (786) 475-5968 or write to us at the address below, and we will respond within a reasonable time.
You can also manage ad tracking through your Facebook and Instagram settings, and cookies through your browser settings.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while you are a client and for a reasonable period afterward. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Children
Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we update this policy, we will change the date at the top of this page.
