  • Your insurance or Medicaid card — we'll need a photo of the front and back
  • Your due date, or the date your last period started
  • Your OB or provider's name
  • 15 quiet minutes

If you're missing something, still take the call. We'll work around it.

If you have Medicaid, the $25 verification fee is waived with access code MCDPRIMARY. Your specialist will apply it on the call. Private insurance carries a one-time $25 fee.
